Hi Mirian -
ReplyDeleteMy name is Nikki Rossetti. I am a junior at Wellesley College. Your teacher, Ms. Delahanty, spoke with my education class about the programs at Charlestown High School and her experiences teaching there. I also visited one of her classes with my professor and some other students from Wellesley and Tufts University. Were you in that class? Ms. Delahanty told our class about the blogs her students were keeping this year, and sent me the link to your blog. She thought it would be great if you could have an audience for your writing. I hope you don't mind if I check in here and comment on some of your entries.
I've seen this sort of survey before, on Facebook. I love hearing about people's random facts - I think it's a great way to discover similarities and differences to my own life!
You said you like to visit your cousins in Connecticut. I just got back from a weekend trip to Connecticut yesterday! My friend from Wellesley is spending a semester at Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT and Friday was her 21st birthday. I went down there to spend the weekend with her and celebrate.
Anyway, I look forward to reading your blog this year, and hope we can get to know each other better through this.
Nikki
